The advantage of such valves over stuffing boxes is the exclusion of leakage of the working medium into the atmosphere within the service life of the bellows assembly.
Pig Launcher/Receiver launchers are sections of the pipeline that allow PIG to enter and exit the pipeline. Typically, they are funnel-shaped Y-shaped sections of pipe that can be pressurized or pressurized and then safely opened for Pig removal.
